We're seeking a Senior SDET to build and drive the testing frameworks and quality strategies behind our software, ensuring every release is reliable, scalable, and high-quality. All work will follow established departmental and company policies, procedures, and practices.
What You'll DoBuild and maintain automation frameworks with tools like Playwright and Artillery to power CI/CD workflows.
Plan and roll out end-to-end test strategies covering unit, integration, functional, and performance testing.
Partner with developers to embed automated tests into build pipelines so teams get rapid feedback.
Define and uphold testing standards and best practices at every stage of the development lifecycle.
Team up with Engineering, Product, and UX/UI to set clear testing and acceptance criteria.
Design and run load and performance testing approaches for high-traffic systems.
Work alongside security teams on security testing and compliance checks.
Create and keep up to date test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Run test cases, review outcomes, and clearly document results.
Champion a culture of quality and offer guidance to raise software standards across teams.
Spot and recommend improvements to testing processes and broader engineering practices.
Maintain consistent, reliable attendance as scheduled.
Take on other related responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring5+ years in software testing, with a strong emphasis on test automation and QA for complex applications.
Proven track record designing test frameworks and strategies for large-scale, high-availability platforms.
Hands-on automation skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Solid experience with Playwright and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions.
Strong grasp of Agile, TDD, and BDD practices.
Experience with performance testing tools (Artillery, JMeter) and security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
Working knowledge of AWS and DevOps practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Eligibility RequirementsMust be 21 years of age or older.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any certifications or licenses required by law or company policy.
