About Your Role
CMTS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support aviation, transportation, and public infrastructure capital improvement projects at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The Project Manager will lead projects from planning and design through construction and closeout while ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations, operational requirements, budget constraints, and schedule commitments.
This role will oversee project coordination efforts involving contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, client representatives, and internal project teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, technical, and project delivery skills with experience managing complex public sector or infrastructure projects in active operational environments.
Projects may include airport terminal improvements, airside and landside infrastructure, utility modernization, roadway and transit improvements, tenant improvement projects, vertical construction, facility upgrades, and other public sector capital improvement initiatives.
