A well-respected, not-for-profit community teaching hospital in coastal Connecticut is seeking a full-time nocturnist to join its established hospital medicine team. This 300-bed teaching hospital is affiliated with a nationally recognized medical school and offers an engaging academic environment where physicians play an active role in resident education. The incoming physician will provide supervision, consultation, and teaching for internal medicine and family medicine residents while also supporting inpatient medical services throughout the hospital. With an average of only five admissions per physician per night and the support of two to three other nocturnists working alongside you each shift, this position offers a collaborative and manageable practice environment.
