The ideal candidate loves inspiring young innovators and keeps a positive attitude!Responsibilities:Fostering a passion for STEM in students is a key aspect of this position.Lead and Instruct STEAM Classes: Auroura STEAM Lab instructors lead and teach STEAM classes to students of diverse ages and skill levels. They cover topics related to science, technology, engineering, Art, and mathematics.Create a Positive Learning Environment: Instructors strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement. They foster curiosity and enthusiasm for STEAM subjects.Guide Student Learning Objectives: Auroura STEAM Lab instructors guide and support students in achieving their learning objectives. They provide personalized attention and help students grasp complex concepts.Assess Student Progress: Regularly assessing student progress is crucial.
