We are seeking a client-focused Project Manager to join our Aviation PMCM team supporting airport facilities and capital improvement projects.Based onsite with the client, you will work closely with airport stakeholders, designers, contractors, and project teams to manage projects from planning through construction and closeout. You will be responsible for scope, schedule, budget, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and overall project delivery while ensuring alignment with program objectives.As the Owner's Representative, you'll provide project oversight, support procurement and contract administration activities, monitor project performance, and help resolve complex project challenges. Your ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities will be key to successful project outcomes.At Jacobs, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career alongside some of the industry's most respected professionals.Here's what you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field8+ years of experience managing aviation, airport, or large capital infrastructure projectsKnowledge of project planning, design, construction, contract administration, and project controlsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsIdeally, you'll also have:Experience supporting airport capital improvement programs (CIP)PMCM or Owner's Representative experienceProfessional certification such as PMP, CCM, PE, or DBIA preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPointThe base salary range for this position is $106,000.00 to $145,700.00.
